Who provides the coaching

Coaching services are provided by Motivasean Coaching Team LLC, San Diego, California, operating as Sean Purcell Coaching. Sean Purcell personally delivers the coaching. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean the company.

What the coaching is

The 90-Day Intensive is private, one-on-one video coaching. It begins with a 45-minute onboarding session, followed by four private 30-minute coaching sessions each month.

Integration is group coaching. Each month it includes one 60-minute virtual Group Mastermind and one 60-minute virtual Open Office Hours session. It does not include scheduled private one-on-one coaching sessions.

Integration and any later Intensive are separate, and each begins only if we both agree. The free 30-minute introductory conversation is a separate appointment.

Session recordings

Private coaching sessions are conducted by video on Google Meet and are recorded for coaching review, preparation, and note-taking. Recordings and notes may be reviewed with the assistance of AI-based tools, as described in our Privacy Policy. We obtain your express consent to these recordings and uses as part of the enrollment agreement before coaching begins.

What coaching is not

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or legal, tax, or financial advice. If you need any of those, please work with a licensed professional.

No promises about results

We can't promise any particular result, in your business or anywhere else. Coaching depends on what you choose to do, and the decisions about your business are always yours.

Respectful conduct

Coaching requires mutual respect. We may end our coaching relationship if you engage in threatening, abusive, or persistently disrespectful conduct. If we end coaching for this reason, any prepaid fees for coaching services not yet provided will be refunded, and no further payments will be due.

This is separate from your voluntary cancellation, which is covered on the Policies page.

Prices, payments, refunds, and rescheduling

Prices, payments, refunds, cancellation, rescheduling, and missed sessions are set out on the Policies page. Please read them before you pay.

Your agreement

These Terms and the Policies page together form your coaching agreement. The Terms and Policies in effect when you agree to each coaching stage govern that stage. Changes made afterward do not alter an existing agreement unless we agree to those changes together.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
